AI is changing the way we work.
It can write reports, analyse data, automate processes and even draft emails. Every month, technology seems to become capable of doing something else that previously required a person.
So, what becomes more valuable? Ironically, it’s being more human.
The ability to build trust, recognise emotions, understand behaviour and communicate effectively is becoming one of the most important skills in the modern workplace.
That’s why we’re developing a brand new programme…
Human Forecasting
A one-day workshop that explores how understanding human behaviour can help you build stronger relationships, influence conversations more effectively and communicate with greater confidence.
Based on the pioneering research of Dr Paul Ekman, we’ll explore the seven universal emotions and how facial expressions, body language and other non-verbal cues can help us better understand what people may be experiencing.
This isn’t about “reading minds”. It’s about becoming more aware of emotional signals so you can ask better questions, adapt your communication and build trust more quickly.
Whether you’re leading a team, negotiating with suppliers, managing stakeholders or working with customers, understanding people is becoming the competitive advantage that AI simply can’t replace.
Who would benefit?
✔ Leaders and managers
✔ Procurement and commercial professionals
✔ HR and people teams
✔ Sales and customer-facing roles
✔ Anyone who wants to communicate with greater confidence
We also believe this programme could be particularly valuable for professionals who are neurodivergent, or who sometimes find it difficult to interpret social cues and non-verbal communication. The course provides practical, research-informed frameworks that can help make these interactions feel more understandable and less overwhelming.
We’d love your feedback
We’re initially developing Human Forecasting as an in-house programme for organisations for 8+ delegates.
However, if there’s enough interest from individuals, we’ll also look at launching a public open course.
If this is something that would benefit your organisation, or you’d like to be kept informed about future dates, we’d love to hear from you.

There’s absolutely no obligation. We’re simply gauging demand before launching.
As AI continues to reshape the workplace, we believe the organisations that invest in human skills will have the greatest advantage.
Could Human Forecasting become one of those skills?
We’d love to know what you think.
