Somehow it is 2022, how I am not quite sure as I feel like we are all still processing the events of 2020. Still, I’m excited for a new year and exciting things to come for Business Academy Online. So much so, that I decided to write a blog article to talk to you all about it.
Firstly in 2021, we tripled our student numbers and I just want to say a big welcome to all our new students and those who will join us this year. As a small business, we appreciate you more than you may know, and we are focused on providing the same personalised service for you in the years going forward.
We made a lot of changes to our system last year to provide micro-learning for our students in 2022. Small videos dedicated to each learning outcome helps you retain more of the information. We also added our YouTube model videos into the system where they relate to the learning objective speaking of our YouTube channel, we are proud of all the material that is available for free for all students studying CIPS, not just our own. We will keep adding more models throughout the year, but we are transitioning to add more material, such as how to answer certain questions across the CIPS qualifications. Finally, we have been working on our new procurement and emotional intelligence courses. I am particularly excited about our new Negotiation training which focuses on behavioural factors to maximise the outcome of your negotiation. You can register and access the course here
Our emotional intelligence courses cover areas that I have been personally impacted by throughout my life and career. Imposter syndrome has been designed to create tactical, practical actions to help lesson and over time eliminate the imposter feeling.
