A behavioural approach to negotiation

This unique, innovative negotiation masterclass focuses on behavioural factors which can create damage to a negotiation agreement.

Most negotiation training out there is still focusing on tactics, pressure and strategies – and while this is important, we have a tendency to plan our tactics and what we are going to say in the negotiation but forget what our body or face may be giving away as we deliver this information.

In fact, we forget to manage our moods and understand our triggers that can derail the meeting. This is really the focus of our training and is designed not just for external supplier negotiations, but all the internal negotiations carried out daily that can arguably be more difficult.
