I have a confession to make. I am an autumn person. I know you may be reading this thinking what is wrong with you, summer is where it’s at, but I can firmly tell you that you are wrong.
Autumn means cosy jumpers, candles, soft lighting and the joy of curling up under a blanket with a book or a film. It also means I get to indulge my completely out-of-hand new notebook addiction, because obviously a new academic year requires fresh stationery. (Don’t try to tell me otherwise, I won’t hear it.)
And speaking of new beginnings, we’ve also got a brand new Taylor Swift album. Sorry to the non-Swifties, but really, October is delivering.
The only thing I can’t get behind? Pumpkin spiced everything. Why ruin perfectly good coffee with a vegetable?
But back to the point. October isn’t just a season, it’s a reset. A fresh start, a sharpened-pencil energy that’s perfect timing for the new CIPS academic year. It’s a chance to begin, re-begin or just remind yourself why you started.
So if you’ve been waiting for the right moment to get going, this is it. New season, new focus, new notebooks (always).
The November exam bookings close on the 14th of October and we are delighted to have so many new students joining us across all levels for the 25/26 academic year.
We have some updates for our students this academic year
- New questions for our CR modules to help test depth of knowledge
- New study plans for our CR modules
- New induction module to answer any questions you may have
- New activities for our Diamond classes
So I’ll leave with one question – what season are you? Reply to this and let me know! (Also don’t come for me pumpkin spice lovers!)
Until next week…
