The global average? Just 72%.
So yes – we’re doing well.
But our Level 5 pass rate was 95%.
Level 6 was 97%.
And that’s the standard we want from the very beginning.
We realised the biggest challenge at Level 4 wasn’t motivation — it was overwhelm and lack of experience
